USB Flash Drive

Silicon Motion's high-performance USB flash drive controllers enable OEMs to achieve high levels of compatibility with host devices and the flexibility to use the vast majority of 3D TLC and QLC NAND flash memory components from all NAND vendors. For USB2.0/3.0 flash drive applications, our controllers support high memory capacity, Write Protection, PC Boot-up, Password Protection, and Secure Partitioning.

Ferri-eMMC® is optimally designed for a wide range of embedded applications and is fully compliant to the JEDEC standards for eMMC* 4.5/5.0/5.1 protocols. Available in 100/153-ball BGA packages, Ferri-eMMC® eases PCB design and enables low-cost manufacturing.

Silicon Motion's USB display /docking station SoC enables multiple display at 4K ultra high definition through USB interface. Target applications include USB display docking station adapters used in shared office space, conference room, classroom, or hotel.
